Rebrand and complete identity overhaul for this scrappy team from the frozen North.
The new identity uses imagery from the Minnesota night sky to forge a bond between player and landscape and the wolf’s mighty howl to unify the Timberwolves pack.
Striping on the uniforms gives a nod to the team’s heritage by taking the stripes from the original uniforms and expanding them from just the trim to the entire body.
An important part of the identity is the team’s desire to exhibit strong character and to always be able to find your “true North” as represented by the North Star element in the logo.
